Mora Rocks the Parks 2026 Medallion Hunt
Get ready for an exciting summer adventure the whole family can enjoy with our Mora Rocks the Parks Medallion Hunt! This fun-filled challenge is perfect for kids looking to explore, solve clues, and uncover hidden treasure in Mora City Parks. Each week, we’ll release new clues that bring you closer to discovering a hidden medallion. It’s a perfect way to spend quality time, explore your surroundings, and make lasting memories. Gather your friends, put on your thinking caps, and join the hunt—let the adventure begin!
Medallion Hunt Week 1: July 6-10
Medallion Hunt Week 2: July 13-17
Medallion Hunt Week 3: July 20-24
Medallion Hunt Week 4: July 27-31
Rules
The medallion hunt will take place during 4 separate weeks. Each week there will be one medallion hidden in one of the City of Mora Parks. Parks include Sunrise Park, Oak Park, the Skate Park, Keystone Park, Kids Kingdom, Peterson Park, Ole Park, Library Park, and the Jaycee’s Ball Fields.

There will be 5 clues for each Medallion with the first clue being posted each Monday on this webpage. New clues will be posted daily by 9am, Monday – Friday. Clues will be posted at Mora City Hall and the Kanabec County Public Health Building as well as the Better Together Coalition website & social media. Once the medallion has been found, we will share the news at these same locations.
- Each medallion is hidden in a Mora City Park. Parks are open to the public from 6am-10pm, please only search during open park hours.
- Please, do NOT dig in the ground or climb trees. The medallion is hidden above ground and no higher than 5 feet.
- Kanabec County Community Health and the City of Mora reserve the right to discontinue the medallion hunt at any time if public property is destroyed or people are searching on private property.
- If you find the medallion, please take a photo and text ph. 320.942.1497
- Please put it back in the same place, others can continue to hunt for fun
- If you find the medallion after the initial winner, take a photo and text ph. 320.942.1497 to be entered into a raffle that will be drawn after all 4 medallions have been found
