7 Days of Heroin

Ohio is one of the states in the heart of the opioid epidemic. In July, the Cincinnati Enquirer send 60 reporters, photographers and videographers into Ohio communities to chronicle an ordinary week in this extraordinary time. 

Often times we feel safe and secluded from a national epidemic. This documentary shows the reality of what our country, our neighboring states and perhaps even people in our own communities are facing. Please take a few minutes to read, watch and reflect. 

Remember, there is hope! The SACK coalition has worked hard and will continue to work on preventative measure to keep our children, families and future generations resilient to the pressures of substance use and abuse.
